Tractor Time - New Holland

Since I am going to be on the road all day Friday and Saturday it is time for another tractor time post. This time we are focusing on New Holland.

Originally produced in New Holland, Pennsylvania and more focused on hay cutting and baling equipment more than tractors. New Holland had some major breakthroughs in farm implement technology early in the 1900's.

Eventually bought out by Ford and then latter Fiat company, New Holland tractors are now headquartered in Italy but are produced all over the world. Some say New Hollands are the most widespread produced tractor in the world today.

The North American Headquarters is still in New Holland, Pennsylvania and is the world's largest hay tools production facility in the world.

It's easy to see what makes New Holland tractors so attractive and popular worldwide.

  2. Yes! Those headlights would be needed to keep me from walking into the front of the tractor while admiring the accessories..

  3. I see old tractors along the road here all the time. I don't know what they are though, and none of them are adorned with beautiful young women. I ought to take some pictures and see if you can identify the tractor types. Some of them are abandoned in fields and look to be 1940's era.
