Unfunded Liabilities and You
Yep the government has been putting the screws down this year haven't they? Massive tax hikes and not even one day after the big pay off and the articles on the injustice of it all abound.
86Million Full Time Private Sector Workers Sustain 148 Million Benefit Takers
Which in my opinion is just the tip of the iceberg but it gets the story across.
People we are in a collapse right here and right now. We have been stuck in the worst possible stage of the overall collapse for over five years now. The most dangerous and hardest stage of survival is right here and right now at least for those on the 86 Million side of the article link above.
Not only our we dealing with a constant flow of lies about the numbers but increased taxes and fees that will simply grind us down using valuable resources we need to survive the next stage of the collapse before they can even be put to use.
The screws are being turned down tight and yet what do we see? The unfunded liabilities continue to grow. My own State of Missouri fell another 3.4% as now sits in the lower 70's bracket. Many states are much worse off and it's only going to get worse as these projections are still being figured at a laughable 8% rate of return.
As predicted we are also seeing talks of Federal Bail outs for Detroit...
Obama, Michigan in Talks to Free up $100M to Aid Detroit Pension Deal
In a sense this country is now eating it's seed corn to survive. That is what I mean by this being the most dangerous time of the collapse. For us self sufficient types getting by day to day using only our own abilities is the easy part compared to dealing with the constant looting to pay the way for the pampered few.
Having the skills to grow your own food, repair your own tools or whatever is NOT the hardest part of survival. The hardest part is managing to keep those tools and grow that food in a way that it is not confiscated from you to pay for those who don't.
The looting phase of this collapse is still going strong and finally moving down the economic ladder far enough that more people are feeling the pinch.
As I have said many times this is the stage that will be the most challenging part to survive. Those who are in the best position for survival are the most juicy targets for a dying government.
Keep Prepping Everyone!!!
