Obviously this old JD workhorse has put in a long day raking and baling up hay for the stock feed. Time to take a much needed break.
I mean just look at those tight, round bales this tractor has been leaving all over the field.
Nothing can spit out round bales or run quite like a Deere. :)

Typical farm workers, laying around all the time.
ReplyDeleteHy now they had a hard day and it's time to relax.
DeleteThis is kind of a new angle for you isn't it?
ReplyDeleteSpring must be having an effect on you.
Harry - Well it comes down to audience. I noticed something over this Winter. The female readers and link sites I have are all level headed types who are not easily offended. Let's face it any of them that are easily offended avoid my postings like the plague anyway.
DeleteThere literally thousands of female oriented sustainable living sites out there and then a couple hundred Male sites blogged by men who obviously are catering to the female blog reader market. That's just not my style.
I am also very busy this time of year and I need filler because about the only other type of post I can do is boring old "what I did today" posts.
My target audience is Men who are real men and the women who love them so I thought a few tasteful PG17 (At most) tractor pics would fit right in.
So far the tractor posts have been getting a lot of hits I might add.
Well that puts a whole new spin on making hay I'm in.
ReplyDeleteI would be all over volunteering to put those bales up before they got rained on.
DeleteThen again rain might be interesting too....hmmmm.
New spin on hitting the hay....;)
ReplyDeleteNo kidding :)
